Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning the parcel. Would you prefer to return your entire order? You will then receive a refund of the full purchase amount.
As soon as we have received the goods in good order, you will receive confirmation within a few working days. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.
Returns are part of the process, but they are not our favourite job, of course.
