Combination padlock with override key

Black 40mm adjustable combination lock with override key from Masterlock. Ideal for gyms, schools, etc. 

• 40 mm body made from solid
• Nickel-plated steel shackle offering increased resistance to cutting
• Security with a freely selectable 4-digit combination for keyless convenience
• Recovery key for backup access and lost-code decoding

The lock's number combination is easy to set in 4 steps:

1. Set the dials to 0-0-0-0 and click the lock open
2. Turn the shackle 180 degrees, press it down and keep it pressed
3. Set the dials to the desired code
4. Let the shackle come back up and close the lock

The number combination can also be removed; you need the override key for this. This is done in 6 steps:

1. Open the lock with the key
2. Turn the shackle 180 degrees, press it down and keep it pressed
3. Turn each wheel to the right until it cannot turn any further
4. Turn each wheel half a turn to the left to align them
5. The combination has been decoded
6. Push the shackle back up and close the lock.

The code is then 0-0-0-0 again
